As a Registered Builder, Afran Building Company offers a wide variety of construction and civil services statewide, such as Civil Works, Building Construction and Maintenance, Building Upgrades and Renovations including Houses and Workshops, Mine Maintenance, Plant Erection including Installation and Relocation, Plant Commissioning and Maintenance, Plant Component Procurement, Demolition, Grano Works, Concrete Placement and Quarry Products.
We are also a Licensed Asbestos Removalist and Registered Painter for Domestic and Commercial painting.
On Site Management
Achieved by our principal having personal control on site.
We employ only long serving, self motivated staff with experience in our field.
An emphasis is placed on attention to detail on site, and communication from site with our clients.
By this constant supervision and communication we avoid many of the contingency variations so common in remote areas.
Repeatedly we find ourselves anticipating and identifying minor problems before they are incorporated into the works and require expensive corrective action.
The avoidance of re work is an area where our clients constantly benefit from our remote area experience, which now spans some 40 years.
Most of our contract work is by referral and all our works are built to a standard, not to a price.
Only those clients who appreciate value and not price alone eventually become our customers.
